Welcome to spinalmedicine with Dr. Sherman Tran, a board-certified physiatrist. The main purpose of this site is to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and knowledge in the latest treatment and diagnosis of spinal pain including but not limited to disc herniation, annular tear, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, and radiculopathy. Dr. Tran is a graduate of Harvard Medical School and Stanford Medical Center. He specializes in the treatment and diagnosis of acute and chronic spinal pain. Through the use of diagnostic injections and blocks, the source of pain can be identified.
