cervical lordosis

My daughter's medical records state she has significant loss
of the normal cervical lordosis with mid torticollis.
Can you please tell me what this means.

Impossible to tell in absence of the context in which the xray was taken. It
could simply mean that she had spasm of the neck muscle at the time the xray
was taken.
