have tried everything for bulging disc

Q:
Age: 33   Sex: F   Concern: bulging disc

Hello Dr. Tran,
About a year ago, I started having severe pain in my upper back that went to lower back. For a living, I sit at an office all day for 15 years. And also do computer work. After several exams and MRI's, I was told I had two herniated disc and a small herniated disc in my neck. Recently, I did another MRI and it showed a mild annular bulge with a 2-3 mm small central protusion, mildly effacing the thecal sac. The bulge measured 3-4mm with the tear. My question is I have always been very active. I am fit and never had this problem. Now, for almost a year I have tried everything from chiro, accupuncture, exercise, massage, and different medication that i don't really take since I don't like medication. Now, I am doing a new technique called ART therapy...But I still have pain. My pain is from lower back and down my leg to my foot. I feel tingling in left foot and sometimes it feels like my hip is out of place or something pulls on my lower back to cause this painful pulling sensation that sometimes it causes me to stop walking. MY last hope is spinal decomparision. Should I give this a shot? Or sick with my core exercises and ART techniques. I am also looking into starting pilates. I am just tired of living in pain and no one really giving me any kind of real relief. I would appreciated any advice or any solution that might cause any relief. Thank you for your time.

Have you thought about trying an epidural injections. Would probably work in your case but you need to see a physician for an evaluation to see if you would be a candidate.
