numbness in limbs

Q:
Age: 29   Sex: M   Concern: Neuro-muscular

About two weeks ago I began having intermittent tingling in the forearm and hand of my right arm. Then, 4-5 days ago the sensation spread to my other limbs and would come and go over the course of a day. Last night I noticed that if I sleep on my back my pinky and ring fingers go completely numb. The feeling then returns to the fingers almos immediately after rolling onto my side. Any thoughts as to what could be causing this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

A:
You're probable pinching of the ulnar nerve at the inner elbow's groove. Try to sleep with the elbow straight to see if the problem would resolve. You can look up Cubital Tunnel Syndrome.
