what should I do about pain, swelling, and numbness in arms

Age: 33 Sex: F Concern: cervical fusion

I had a cervical fusion last year 5/4/06. Had alot of complications due to the surgery. But now I having severe pain in the back of my neck, with swelling and numbness in both arm. The swelling is also in my hands. Want to know if something maybe be wrong.
