primary care or pain management?
i had a ruptured disc and surgery 9 months ago and still have bad problems with my back and havent returned to work yet. my nuerosurgeon said i didnt need additonal surgery and referred me to a pain management doctor.which doctor should help me with insurance forms such as credit card payment protection, which pays min. payment while i,m out of work?
