chronic sacroilitis or fibromyalgia?

Q:
Age: 33   Sex: F   Concern: Chronic pain

I have been having chronic pain of the sacroilac joint for over a year. No x-ray cat scan or mri revealed anything. Could I still have sacroiliac problems or could it be fibromyalgia? I also had bood tests for different arthritis, Lyme disease and anklelosing spondylitis. All negative. I have the tendor spots on the sacroiliac joint regin and severe stiffness especially in the morning after sleeping and sitting for a long period. Please help me.

A:
though not perfect, a cortisone injection into the sacroiliac joint may help with the diagnosis.
