Just found out I had Spina bifida occulta Of S1

Age: 29 Sex: M Concern: Spinal cord injury

I've never had back pain before , But , recently I was in a car accident ,& ever since I've had serious pain in my lower & mid Back& left shoulder & hip ,My left leg also go's numb . Could the accident have caused this to come into effect ?

Spinal bifida is unlikely to result in your pain, though your accident could certainly do. See your doctor for a complete work-up to rule out any fractures or disc herniation.
