which exercises are started?

Q:
Age: 22   Sex: M

Hi!!! I want to share one case with you. One of my patient is having retrolisthesis grade 1 at L5-S1 level with no neurological symptoms and any other problem except paraspinal muscle spasm.Prone lying is very painful.there is mild reduction of disc space at this level.

He is very enthusiastic and asks me one question everytime that which exercises are beneficial to him. Now even I am in confusion that which should be my answer. because if we think biomechanically than flexion would probably increase listhesis. so kindly help me in this question that which exercise are helpful to reduce retrolisthesis at l5-s1 level?

A:
Logically, neutral spine or flexion bias stabilization excersises would help. Everyone is different. Core strengthening in the least painful spine position is probably best
