Does having bone spurs that cause tingling and numbness in arm always mean surgery

Q:
Age: 53   Sex: F   Concern: bone spur

As a result from a car accident 4 years ago, I had a diskectomy. Have been doing a lot of yoga and nia classes in the last six months. My arm started hurting, now is tingling and numb as well as fingers. My chiropractor ordered an MRI. He has been trying to do adjustments to help me. The MRI showed a bone spur and narrowing on the right side so it is pressing on a nerve. Not feeling much better. Are there other treatments for this? Does it always mean surgery since I had the diskectomy? Thanking you in advance for any help you can give.

A:
You can ask your doctor whether you would be a candidate for a transforaminal epidural
