LUMBAR FACET JOINT PAIN

Sex: F   Concern: Chronic pain  

could you please tell me if the lumbar facets are able to be palpated upon examination? I have a friend that says you can and i guessed that they can't. please settle our dispute. thanks

You can for the cervical facets but not for lumbar. At least, I can't. Others claim that they could palpate the lumbar facets but that would take some imagination.
