- 24 patients with back pain s/p laminectomy, double blind, randomized to receive lumbar epidural:
1) 50mg Lidocaine/75mg TAC 2) 50mg Lidocaine/75mg TAC/8mg MSO4 3) 50mg Lidocaine/8mg MSO4
- Lack of true controls. All patients received lidocaine epidural.
- 90% of patients in all group had reduction of pain at 1 month
