3. We treat spine related injuries only.
4. Please bring all available medical records. Our physicians prefer to see the actual X-rays/CT scans/MRI films so it is extremely helpful if you can get them from the place where they were taken and bring them with you to the appointment.
5. Please remember to bring your insurance card and a government-issued ID
